Starting from a telephone analysis, the sales person will then be able to clarify the first doubts, also thanks to a joint assessment to identify the most suitable products to achieve the set objectives. In some scenarios, it is advisable to plan an initial visit to the customer’s premises to understand the real situation, estimate the quantities required and conduct tests using product samples. Thanks to an established network of agents and consultants distributed nationally and internationally, Mates guarantees optimal support that exceeds the customer’s expectations.
Once this initial phase is completed, it is possible to proceed with the formulation of a customised quote for the customer. Once the order is confirmed, the logistics department will prepare the goods, followed by the dispatch and delivery phase to the customer.
