Foams

Foams are usually used as an internal structure in the creation of composite products requiring maximum structural performance with minimum resin absorption, thus guaranteeing a significant reduction in the final weight. They are particularly suitable for sandwich constructions in different sectors, such as boating, wind power, automotive, model making, for the production of equipment and tools for leisure time and in many other fields. This type of core is composed of a rigid but thermoformable structure, it can therefore be molded consecutively and simultaneously with the laminate both in flat structures and in structures with not too complex shapes, speeding up the production process.
