Nuts / Collars

Threaded female nuts and collars are available in different combinations of bushing/nut diameter, bushing/nut length, plate size and type of steel (mild – MS or stainless – SS). The fasteners ensure a solid bond between different elements that make up a single structure; they are able to guarantee load transmission between the various components by incorporating them through complete casting, then bonding them through the use of structural adhesives or integrated thermoforming. bigHead® inserts can be welded to surfaces in multiple ways, making them versatile and able to meet any requirement. They can be bonded to the component or directly integrated into the production process.
