When working with new composite materials every detail must be the best, both structurally and aesthetically. This is where the special products, created by bigHead® to unique customer specifications, come in when you are pushing the limits of what is possible. To date, more than 80,000 specials have been produced for customers. By designing and producing everything in one location, it is possible to have total control over the entire line, with a very quick turnaround time and the ability to generate drawings and prototypes. The minimum order quantity for most bigHead® specials is very low, set at just 500 pieces.
