Range of male threaded or unthreaded studs and nails, available in different combinations of stud diameter and length, plate size and type of steel (mild – MS or stainless – SS). The fasteners ensure a solid bond between different elements forming a single structure. They ensure load transmission between the different components by embedding them through complete casting, then bonding through the use of structural adhesives or integrated thermoforming. bigHead® inserts can be welded to surfaces in multiple ways, making them versatile and able to meet any requirement. They can be bonded to the component or directly integrated into the production process.
