Bleeders

The bleeder (or breather) is a product used by the majority of our customers, essential for correct vacuum processing at ambient pressure or in an autoclave. Useful for making manufactured articles of any size, featuring an excellent balance between the resin and fibres, it allows the passage of air inside the manufactured article under pressure which, by spreading homogeneously, favors the escape of the excess resin for improve the structural qualities and the lightness of the manufactured component.
The aerator is also an excellent indicator of the final quality of a product: if instead of being stained with resin it is completely impregnated, the piece could have a lower mechanical resistance. In fact, if it is wet it loses its specific thickness and therefore its ability to favor the flow of air.
