The range of needle-punched felts is made up of non-woven fabrics that come from top quality polyester flocks capable of adapting to the most complex shapes of the laminate and, at the same time, guaranteeing excellent resistance when exposed to high temperatures. They differ from compacted bleeders for their high intrinsic ability to follow practically all shapes (drapeability), given by an extraordinary softness to the touch. Their great property of permeability to solvent vapors allows them to be used with the main resin systems, in vacuum and autoclave processes. Since they are not treated for detachment, they must be kept separate from the laminate by a release film.
