Self adhesives

To complete its range Mates has decided to offer a series of PTFE-based release films simple or with a glass fabric backing and silicone adhesive on one side. The PTFE surface has excellent detaching properties, and is therefore indicated as a surface treatment of moulds, offering a semi-permanent detachment even at high temperatures. The intrinsic thickness of the film allows it to be reused according to the complexity of the shape, the type of resin and the process temperatures. They can be used on any type of mould, press platen, metal plate or any surface that will potentially come into contact with resins or adhesives. Available in the form of a film, they allow the end user to achieve a good working technique guaranteeing the best mechanical-aesthetic results.
