Vacuum bags

Vacuum lamination is very important for the production of components with high mechanical performance, high tensile strength and an aesthetic effect that is difficult to achieve with manual lamination. Vacuum bags can be divided into several macro-categories, simple flat or single-fold films, multiple films, tubular films and reusable films. The first three need to be fixed to the mould on four sides, the fourth on two, while the reusable ones do not need a sealant, thus considerably reducing production time. All vacuum bags are characterised by a certain elasticity, which may vary depending on the material used for production. We have decided to select a series of vacuum bags, with technical characteristics and dimensions that vary from product to product, so that the end user can achieve a good processing technique, with little air loss and material waste, guaranteeing excellent mechanical and aesthetic results.
