Release wax

Wax-based release agents leave a layer of wax on the surface, guaranteeing safe detachment even on imperfect and rough surfaces; ideal for medium-small molds with detailed and complex shapes, with application methods based on wipe on/leave on or on the classic wipe on/wipe off (applied and stretched). Also for this type of release agent, correct application and drying is of fundamental importance, in order to avoid contaminating the surface of the product with traces of release agent. Wax-based paste release agents, if used correctly, allow to obtain an excellent surface finish, especially if used for laminations in glossy moulds. The preparation of the mold is quite laborious and long but is justified by the final result.
